Gina was extremely helpful over the past 6 months while we searched for the perfect location for our business office. She is extremely communicative (even when she's on vacation, you'll have answers to your questions ASAP). She was able to work quickly when we saw a new building listed and immediately knew that it was the building for us. I can't recommend Gina enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and will make sure that your buying/selling experience is a breeze.

We bought a property gina had listed in 2016 . We where impressed by her professionalism and experience . We called on her again. 4 years later to find our forever property . She went above and beyond .Gina worked thru her vacation to help us aquire it .we used her again to sell the first property and will use her again to expand our forever property .we can't say enough of what she's done for us

I used Gina as my agent to sale my house in Berekely Springs, WV. On a scale of 0-10 I would gladly give her a 15! She got me top dollar, was available to take all my calls and helped me get rid of things that I wasn't taking with me. She also found me a local moving company. She was just excellent and very professional and yet very personable. If I decide to move back, I will 100% use Gina.
