Everything we did was long distance. Ginger and her team went above and beyond. It was our first time buying a home. From day one we always felt they were here to help in anyway possible. Never once did we feel they were annoyed at having to take so many videos, answer many texts, respond to numerous emails etc. When there is a deadline, they meet it. They never let things slip through the cracks. They are also very knowledgeable. Bonus.. they are military :o)
