Ginger Benton-Gdovin- there are not enough words in the English dictionary to describe how wonderful she is as a realtor, professional and ethical businesswoman. Complete professional in every way from beginning to end. She not only did she do everything a realtor should do, but went far above any expectations I have ever had or expected from a realtor. I had built, sold and flipped real estate for 40+ years and at one time I had a real estate license so I know a good realtor for my bad one.

I don’t know anyone that works as hard as Ginger does to please her clients; she goes above and beyond pleasing them to take care of tiny details that she can handle and just knows what to do from the first open house to the last minute we closed the door and took the lockbox off.

The team she is with and her broker Jimmy are first class in every way and anyone in the Lexington SC or surrounding area considering the sale of any type of property should call their team first.

I did not know Ginger until I decided to sale my home in October of 2022 and feel like she is part of my family for how she treated me and all of the things she did extra that were not expected of her.

I am so thankful that our paths crossed and she was the person that listed my house!!!. She sold it in record time just as the market was declining and got top dollar for it. Don’t consider anyone else until you talk to her first!

Ginger was delightful to deal with in the selling of my home in Aiken, SC.
I had lived in my home for 48 years and Ginger staged my home and provided invaluable advice.
My home was shown and under contract in 4 days.
Ginger made multiple trips to Aiken for appraisals, inspections, photographers, etc. She left no stone unturned.
I would recommend Ginger to anyone seeking a realtor who provides the greatest attention to detail.
