Let me start by saying- I cannot recommend Ginger enough. I recently bought my house, and as a first time home buyer I was very wary of the process and all the details. Ginger made things so easy for me by walking me through every step, setting me up for success with her honesty, and providing top notch communication. Gingers top priority is making sure you are completely informed and 1000% happy with the home you choose. Her integrity is very obvious, as she is notorious for pointing out potential issues with homes or pricing. As someone who was a first timer- this was absolutely critical to me. I never felt pressure, and I truly believe she had my best interest at heart. My parents had also worked with her for YEARS as it took them quite a while to find their dream home. I'm happy to say, we have just closed on our first home (our dream home) in 2025 - and it was all thanks to Ginger. The housing market during those several years was rough, however Ginger never let us settle for just any normal house. That's because Ginger cares for the buyers she represents and wants you to find a home, not just four walls and a roof. She was no different for me, and I am extremely satisfied with the home I have, thanks to her. In particular, she was very helpful both in helping me understand the home-buying process as a first-time buyer and she was patient and extensive in our search for a home that I could purchase with the money I had available for a down payment and for closing. I was surprised when our offer on this home was accepted, given many others had higher offers, but her contacts recommended me to list accounts I would have never even thought to do so for, which won over the seller. She is very knowledgeable and well-connected, and I would recommend her to anyone in need of buying a home. We cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful it was working with Ginger! From the very start (several years ago!) when we were touring homes for purchase, Ginger's insight and guidance helped us to make the right decision. She says "I don't sell houses, the house has to sell itself", so there was ZERO pressure which allowed us to ultimately make the right decision. Once we did find our dream home, she knew it was "for us" from the start - she gave us perfect guidance in the offer price, etc., went to bat for us with the inspections, and was always available to us for any questions at all! When it came time to sell our existing home, Ginger's guidance was "spot on" with the pricing, timing, and making a choice among the offers. Ginger was recommended to me after I searched best realtors in the royersford area. She called me and had already looked at the comps, making me feel she was the best person to help sell my home. Within a very short time, she toured my home, took pictures, put them on the web site, and sold the house over list price.

We were browsing houses and came across one that we liked and found Ginger through Zillow. We had never met in person but met her immediately that day at a house showing. We loved the house and Ginger quickly and efficiently helped us put an offer on the house.
While we didn’t ultimately get the first house, we looked at several more homes over the next couple months and just recently moved into our dream home.
Throughout the process, Ginger was very patient and met us at the drop of a hat to check out houses we were interested in. We finally found the perfect home and our offer was accepted!
While we had to wait a couple months for settlement, Ginger checked in with us often to make sure everything was on track and answered our questions along the way.
Our actual settlement date was a breeze as everything was planned out and went perfectly.
