About Ginger

Ginger Henderson is one of the few people lucky enough to have been raised in

the tropical paradise known as Marathon in the Florida Keys. After graduating from the University of the Americas in Mexico City with a degree in International Relations, Ginger returned to her hometown of Marathon to pursue a career in real estate.

Ginger and her mother Marilyn opened their first real estate company in 1982. American Caribbean Real Estate Middle Keys grew to become a highly respected brokerage firm with offices in Marathon and Ramrod Key and Costa Rica, specializing in luxury home sales. Iin 2018, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate acquired the company and Ginger stayed on as Broker-Associate.
