Ginger did a fantastic job listening to my needs and really building a practical image of what my future home should have before we even started to search. She was great at giving an honest opinion of each home we discussed and didn't make me feel like I was being pressured or pushed in any direction. I bought the second home I walked through and she made the process so easy. I didn't know buying a home could be that simple. She set out a timeline of when each step should be completed and and made sure all other parties were timely. Honestly I could not have asked for a smoother process.

Ginger Page was my agent for purchasing my house in Oregon from California. I started out with a different agent and we didn't click and she wasn't listening to my needs. My agents in CA had a person in mind for me. They contacted Ginger on my behalf. The moment I spoke to Ginget on the phone it was instant connection. The first phone call wasn't instantly about what kind of house I wanted. She wanted to know about me, my family and my situation, you know to get to know us. She also told me about herself. It was very comforting to know she was actually there for me. We eventually got into what I was looking for and what kind of house I needed. She was in constant contact with me with houses and questions and the same from me. I was able to ask her questions, concerns, curiosity through email, text, phone call. If she was with a client she would let me know and get back with me in a timely manner. Since I was in CA, my mom and stepfather were my eyes and ears and Ginger was very welcoming to that. We got them in touch with Ginger as well and they also clicked. When they met her, my mom said she is awesome. We all communicated to have Ginger set up appointments to see houses and they would go and either take pics, take videos or even a live chat to do a walk through. Sometimes I was unavailable for all but Ginger would take videos on her own room by room explaining in detail about the house. We went through several houses and none were the right fit for us. Ginget never forced me into any house I wasn't interested in. She did though let me know that this may not be the right house for you in explanation. I would agree. There was a house I was looking at and very interested in, but I wanted to see more. Ginger did warn me that this one wouldn't be on the market too much longer and guess what?, it wasn't. That house was out and now scrambling to find a home, 2 popped up on Gingers radar and my mom and stepfather went to go see them. Both were nice, but one is better suited for me and that is the house I purchased. Ginger is always on top of things, making sure everything was in order, she was working with my agents as well in CA for a smooth transition for me. Ginger is honest, sweet, friendly, positive, truthful, and so much more. She is especially there for her clients. Her clients turn into friends. Even after the purchase of my home she is still answering questions for me and has been reaching out, asking how things are going and said to she is her for me if any questions arise or if I need some info for something specific I can't find. I am so happy I chose Ginger as my agent. She is the best.

During my house buying process, Ginger was a godsend. Anytime I had a question or concern she was right there with an answer. No matter the time. When inspections came back with concerns, Ginger was right on top of things making calls and getting the people out to the property that were needed. She made situations during the house buying process that I would have felt out of my depth in, completely handled. Also, anytime we found a new place we were interested in and notified her, she immediately found out all we needed to know about the property. I would recommend Ginger to anyone looking to buy a new home, no question. She was amazing.

I cannot recommend Ginger enough!! I would give 1 millions stars if if I could! Not only did she help us find our dream house but she was also extremely helpful along the way and never pressured us into any situations like other agents might do. Where do I even start! Ginger is hands down the sweetest, kindest, most hard working individual my wife and I have ever met. The fact that we got the opportunity to work with her made our first time home purchase a dream. For a few years my wife and I were hesitant to pull the trigger on a new home due to misconceptions, bad information, and fear of risk. When Ginger reached out to us, we decided to put all of those reasons behind us and we could not have been happier. Ginger worked like a machine day in and day out to help guide us along for a successful outcome. Unlike MANY “used car salesmen” realtors out there, Ginger was so personal and kept it so real with us that she felt more like a true friend than a realtor! Ginger is fantastic! She has been very respectful of my unique situation (I was in no rush to find a house), readily available but not at all pushy. That is, not until the right house was found and the offer accepted, and then she was pushy in the most positive way of keeping all of the inspections and paperwork moving along! I had plenty of questions along the way, and Ginger did a good job of answering them. When she didn’t know an answer, she found out and got back to me quickly. In the past the realtors we worked with always felt so fake and forceful. But with Ginger that was never the case, she never tried to sell us on a house. She gave us her honest opinions on things, she told us the pros and the cons. I really appreciated her communication throughout the whole house buying process. Whenever we had questions, we could shoot her a text and she would reply quickly no matter what time it was. She kept us in the loop constantly. She genuinely cares about her clients wants and needs. Whenever we purchase another property we will be using Gingee again!

We were blessed enough to have Ginger Page as our realtor in the sale of our home recently. We have bought and sold quite a few homes over the years and never have we had a realtor so professional, accommodating and go over and above what any other realtor has ever done for us. Her sweet demeanor and honesty was exactly what we needed while In the process of building our next house to selling the one we were living in (during a pandemic, w/4 pets), stress levels were high, she was so patient and understanding of our timing and needs. She really made the process quite painless.
