She explained every step of the process, paying attention to our particular quirks and needs. I cannot recommend Ginger enough!! I would give 1 millions stars if if I could! Not only did she help us find our dream house but she was also extremely helpful along the way and never pressured us into any situations like other agents might do. She was with us every step of the process, made sure we understood everything (we were first time home buyers), was incredibly sweet and patient with us, and ended up saving us thousands of dollars in the closing process. Where do I even start! Ginger is hands down the sweetest, kindest, most hard working individual my wife and I have ever met. The fact that we got the opportunity to work with her made our first time home purchase a dream. For a few years my wife and I were hesitant to pull the trigger on a new home due to misconceptions, bad information, and fear of risk. When Ginger reached out to us, we decided to put all of those reasons behind us and we could not have been happier. Ginger worked like a machine day in and day out to help guide us along for a successful outcome. Unlike MANY “used car salesmen” realtors out there, Ginger was so personal and kept it so real with us that she felt more like a true friend than a realtor! She let us work at our own pace yet made sure we had all of our ducks in a row throughout the entire process. Ginger is fantastic! She has been very respectful of my unique situation (I was in no rush to find a house), readily available but not at all pushy. That is, not until the right house was found and the offer accepted, and then she was pushy in the most positive way of keeping all of the inspections and paperwork moving along! I had plenty of questions along the way, and Ginger did a good job of answering them. When she didn’t know an answer, she found out and got back to me quickly. Ginger has been a wonderful person to work with. You will appreciate her genuine, caring nature.

In the past the realtors we worked with always felt so fake and forceful. But with Ginger that was never the case, she never tried to sell us on a house. She gave us her honest opinions on things, she told us the pros and the cons. I really appreciated her communication throughout the whole house buying process. Whenever we had questions, we could shoot her a text and she would reply quickly no matter what time it was. She kept us in the loop constantly. She genuinely cares about her clients wants and needs. Whenever we purchase another property we will be using Gingee again!

We were blessed enough to have Ginger Page as our realtor in the sale of our home recently. We have bought and sold quite a few homes over the years and never have we had a realtor so professional, accommodating and go over and above what any other realtor has ever done for us. Her sweet demeanor and honesty was exactly what we needed while In the process of building our next house to selling the one we were living in (during a pandemic, w/4 pets), stress levels were high, she was so patient and understanding of our timing and needs. She really made the process quite painless.
