Ginger Pruitt

Ginger is a US Navy veteran, residential property manager, and owner of PMI Foothills. After graduating from the United States Naval Academy with distinction, she went on to complete her masters degree in Systems Engineering Analysis. During her naval career, she gained experience in piloting different types of aircraft, maintaining naval vessels, as well as working to plan large-scale civil engineering projects.
Ginger’s civilian career has been centered on managing real estate investments. She is a licensed independent Colorado Real Estate Broker and a Golden, CO homeowner. Ginger’s main goal is to partner with property owners to preserve, manage, and optimize their investments so that they can earn passive income, stress-free.
