Ginger Sreenan strives for a high degree of professionalism in all her Real Estate dealings, with clients and cooperative agents. She believes each transaction should be a "Win-Win" for everyone involved - buyers, sellers, and coop agents. Effective communication is key.
Ginger has served as President (2007) and (2023) of the Rockford Area Association of Realtors now known as The Northwest Illinois Alliance of Realtors, and previously served on the Board of Directors of RAAR/NWIAR (12 years). In addition, Ginger was the Women's Council of Realtors and Past President of the Rockford Chapter.
She is currently serving on NWIAR Committees: Government Affairs, Professional Standards, Ethics and Arbitration, Past-Presidents, Member, Forms and Contracts. Previously serving on NWIAR's Finance, Compensation, MLS and Nominating Committees.
Ginger's past and/or current positions include the Illinois Association of Realtors Committees: Public Policy and Local Government Affairs Chair, Leadership Development Working Group, Realtor Political Involvement Committee, Professional Standards, Housing Opportunity Working Group, Ethics Citation Panel, Audit Committee, Strategic Planning, Nominating, and Realtor of the Year Committee
In 2009, she was appointed to serve on the Board of Governors for GRI #Illinois) 2009. In 2006 she was Realtor of the Year for Rockford Area Association of Realtors.
Ginger has served on the Illinois Realtors 27 member Board of Directors (over 50,000 members in the State) for many years. Currently serving an additional 3 year term. She was appointed to be the National Association of Realtors Liaison for Illinois' 16th District Congressional District and also a liaison for her local State Senator and State Representative.
Ginger specializes in Residential Real Estate, Investment Properties, Apartment Buildings, First-Time Homebuyers, Relocation/Transfer Buyers and Sellers, and everything in between.
