Gini is the most professional realtor in the business. She goes far beyond expectations. Yes she’s friendly and personable and if great with the mountains of paperwork. It’s more than that. She found us our forever home before it was on the market. Because she is a true professional she networks with other realtors. She learned of a property which may come on the market and arranged for us to see it. We had a deal done in a week. That’s going the extra mile!

Gini is FABULOUS. Her professionalism and knowledge of North County is remarkable. She was so patient with us as we experienced our first home buying opportunity and answered all of our questions. Wish we could give 'our Gini' more than 5 stars! Gini is an incredible person as well as an amazing realtor. This is the second successful home experience we have shared with her~will keep her contact info just in case there's a future need! Finding a new home is a very personal experience and with Gini's experience, knowledge,contacts and heart it stays personal and we just love that about her.

We cannot express enough gratitude and love towards Gini. Not only did she help us find our dream house but as first time home buyers she gave us a crash course on the home buying and loan process. She even was able to find an amazing loan and interest rate that was far better than the initial one we were planning on using which allowed us to get an amazing home we wouldn't have otherwise been able to afford. The word lucky is what we would use to describe our first home buying experience with Gini. She has all the best qualities you look for in a real estate agent. She is extremely organized and quick to respond.

Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner, if not right away. She is flexible and makes herself available to work with your schedule. Which was huge when trying to work around both of our hectic work schedules and our adventurous toddler. Her knowledge of the area made it extremely easy to explain what we were looking for, where and why. Gini took the time to really understand our wants and needs. We never felt pressured to look at homes that didn't meet our requirements. When walking into a house, she sat back and let us observe the property but at the same time gave her honest and thoughtful opinion when asked. In return, we felt like we could be one hundred percent honest with our thoughts and concerns. Gini helped us find an amazing home and navigate a path towards a successful close every step of the way. Literally until the keys were in hand.

Overall, our home buying experience was better than we could have ever imagined. We don't think that we would have had the same experience with anyone else. We highly recommend Gini for any of your real estate needs.

It was an absolute blessing to have had Gini De Armas be our real estate agent. We had a devastating tragedy in our family and were in need of a realtor to sell our home. Gini is a total pro! Thoughtful, thorough, and worked so hard for us. She has been our families realtor, we were referred to her by a friend and we would recommend her without hesitation.
