Ginnifer Minor

Ginnifer Blakes Minor is the Co-owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Gigi Blakes Properties llc., a property management company leasing to both military and civilian families since 2004. After years of successfully managing several family homes at once, Ginnifer gained her degree in Paralegal Litigation Studies in order to better assist Gigi Blakes Properties (as defined by law) in contract drafting and legal research.

With over 18 years of Customer service experience, Ginnifers most substantial strength is the care and quality of service given to each and every client with which she comes into contact. Her hope is that each client with whom she works finds peace of mind within the home they acquire under her guidance.

Ginnifer has a long history of acquiring and selling quality real estate as COO of Gigi Blakes Properties, consistently exceeding investment goals year after year, while also keeping residents and their family’s lifestyle in mind. Her passion for real estate stems from her belief that the home should be a sanctuary. Our troops spend an exorbitant amount of time away from their homes and family in order to protect us; Ginnifer believes that we should do our best to return the favor.
