Being a first time homebuyer I needed a lot of direction. She was there for it. Not only is she great at her job, she is great as a person. I honestly don’t know where to begin. When we thought of buying a house, it always felt like an impossible dream. It felt like it could never happen for us. Ginny turned impossible to reality. Whenever we wanted to see a house, she made herself available. She’s SO well versed in knowledge of what to look for in a house (the good and the bad). There were times I thought a house looked great but she would notice something that I couldn’t see. She only wanted what was best for us. It didn’t matter how much a house was. She also pushed for the seller to accept our offer while literally on a plane ready to take off. And when they accepted, she celebrated with us like family would. We didn’t just gain a great agent, we gained a new family member. If you’re lucky enough to get her as an agent, she’ll work harder for you than any other agent.

Ginny worked extremely hard to get us into our dream home. There was a lien on the house so it was not an easy process to start with but Ginny was fast and responsive and did an amazing job to get us into our home! We love her!
