Ginny has been my Realtor for several home selling or buying experiences over the past 9 years, and I can’t find enough words to express how great she is in all aspects of her profession! I’ve even had other realtors who were part of a sale for the buyer say “your realtor is great to work with”! If you want a person to have your best Interest at heart and work diligently for you, then Ginny is your professional ! She is a great communicator and will hold your hand so to speak, all the way though!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Ginny is so professional and knowledgeable that we came back to her to sell the house she helped us buy four years ago. We received multiple offers within 48 hrs of being on the market...and at full asking price!! We would continue to use her to buy or sell. "The best experience imaginable in purchasing a home. Ginny removed the stress of finding a home during my relocation and transition from the military. The last house I purchased was a negative experience which has always made me reluctant to purchase again. Ginny quickly removed my reluctance. After assessing my wants and needs she made recommendations to areas within the Fredericksburg region. She quickly began canvassing properties that matched what I needed. Prior to my arrival, she viewed multiple properties which assisted in narrowing my search. Her level of detail encompessed sending me videos of properties, noting the local high school marching band practiced two streets in the evening, and noted possible material condition concerns. She quickly gained my utmost trust. During the process I felt like Ginny was looking at properties as if she was buying it. She provided candid unbiased feedback to me about the houses we looked at. Ginny had her finger on pulse on the market. When I placed a bid on my #1 choice she showed me the market value was less than the listing price. My offer was rejected. Eventually the house sold at my initial offering price months later. By that time we had already found another house that is even better. Her knowledge of the market saved me from making a $30k mistake. At closing Ginny assisted me in reviewing the final contract. During our review she noted that almost $3k in closing cost assistance by the seller wasn't used. We were able to talk to the loan officer who quickly updated the paper before closing. Another huge savings. When I share my experience with family, friends and associates they are amazed to hear about her level or professionalism. Straight forward , honest, realistic and knowledgeable are just a few great attributes that briefly describe Ginny Vickers. The house buying process can be extremely stressful, but with Ginny as my realtor the experience was easy going and stress free. The hardest part was deciding between all the options she worked so hard to research for us. She does not work for the needs of her affiliates. I.E the mortgage broker, insurance company. She made herself available whenever I needed her. She is extremely educated in her field and is knowledgeable in the neighborhood areas she is representing. If you want a house buying experience that is pleasurable, I highly recommend Ginny Vickers!!! -Igor
