I was extremely fortunate to have had Ginny help me purchase my first home. She expertly guided me through each & every step of the process, was patient & thorough with all of my questions as a first time buyer, & worked relentlessly to find me exactly the home that I was looking for & within my very specific budget.

Ginny is exceptionally familiar with all of the neighborhoods in & outside of the Tampa area & is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of real estate. She proved that she will never lead her clients in any direction that is not in their best interest & maintains incredibly high standards for the work that she provides. Ginny worked tirelessly for many months to ensure that every one of my considerations & expectations were met in full.

A year & a half later, Ginny has stayed in contact with me & has continued to guide me as a homeowner. She continues to go above & beyond & to keep my best interests in mind & I know that I can fully depend on her for any questions that arise. Ginny continues to remind me & guide me through many responsibilities that are new for a first time home owner including the refinancing process. All of this is above & beyond what is normally expected of any real estate professional.

I literally fell in love with Ginny! I am so grateful everyday to have had the utmost pleasure with Mrs. Zukowski being my realtor. Ginny pays attention to every single little detail. Seriously! She has some sort of magical ability when it comes to finding that perfect home. And when it comes to wearing multiple hats & doing everyone’s jobs....this is what she does! And she knows everyone so things happen quickly with quality! I cannot day enough about how much I adore this fine woman. Not only is she my realtor for life (seriously) she has become family to me! You will fall in love too! :)
