Bello Homes was created by Gino Bello, one of New York’s top realtors, who is rapidly expanding into the Northeast Ohio area. Gino Bello’s experience comes from his award-winning real estate company in Westchester County, New York, and he is bringing his expertise to the Cleveland area.
With 20 years of experience and over Half a Billion dollars in real estate sales, Gino understands the real estate market. Growing up in an Italian household in the Bronx and graduated from Fordham University. From there, he worked at KPMG in helping to reduce tax liabilities for high net worth relocation clients.
During his time at Fordham University, Gino met his college sweetheart, who had relocated from Huron, Ohio to New York. As Gino created his real estate career in New York, he traveled back and forth to Ohio to visit family (and of course Cedar Point).
In 2019, Gino, his wife Noreen, and their three children relocated to Avon, Ohio to be closer to family. Gino continues to run his practice in White Plains, New York, while expanding into the local real estate market with Northeast Ohio homes for sale.
