We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Giovanni Arenella . We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Giovanni , but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), and he really helped to take the pressure off of us.

I would recommend Gio to anybody. He will tell you the facts both good and bad, and knows what to look for. He is a great listener, and will work for what you want and need. While searching for our house, Gio was available at all hours of the day and night, and replied promptly to any requests we made. It was a true blessing having Giovanni as our Realtor for the sale of my father's home. He met my siblings and I at the home to be sold the day after I called him, and was very informed and knowledgeable of the area. My Husband and I were looking to rent. Mr Arenella provide us with enlightening information, which led us to purchase our own home. He went above and beyond, providing us with contacts and other sources to look into, before we made a decision to continue to rent, or to move forward and buy. We were nervous .Mr Arenella was very patient with us, there was no rush. He didn't pressure/push us. He just provided knowledge, and allowed us time to take it all in. Once we decided to buy, Mr Arenella asked me very valid questions to assist in how and where to start our search. I was very impressed at how knowledgeable he was on inspecting a house. My Husband and I wanted to go out on the rainiest days and Mr Arenella was right there with his umbrella. His guidance, knowledge and compassion led us to our beautiful home. Mr Arenella was with us through the whole process. Again, going above and beyond, he crunched numbers with my Husband and I. So that we would have an idea of what the mortgage would look like.
