If Giovanni, Lori Heidenry and their team offer to market your home, list with them. We interviewed 3 different real estate teams to assist us in selling our very unique 3 family row house in down town Jersey City. With the first meeting I was impressed with their preparation and research. Over the next month they provided me a detailed plan of action to prepare our property for maximum inpact and value before we bagan the process of "staging" and building the marketing materials. In coopertaion with their staging team's clear dirtection we transformed our very personal space into an elegant neutral estate. The resulting pictures are self-evident . From the time we listed the property to the time we closed the sale, thanks to Gios tireless and innovative marketing and virtual events during the height of the covid pandemic, our property was number 1 in all search and listing results.

My husband and I have worked closely with Giovanni and Lori for the last year and its been an absolute pleasure! They were able to rent out an apartment of ours in Jersey City in less than a week, during the holiday season nonetheless, and made the process of purchasing another home in Hoboken very seamless. Giovanni is super knowledgable about the real estate market which would give anyone comfort in knowing the best time and area to buy and sell. Lori is super genuine, she isn't pushy at all and very personable, she's become more of a friend to us.
