Giovanny Cardenas

Giovanny Cardenas is a Chicago, IL native and moved to Florida for his undergrad degree at the University of Miami. After graduation, he moved back to Chicago where he acquired foreclosure properties through judicial sales and bank negotiations and repositioned them to achieve positive net gains. Locally, he is involved in non-profits and community leadership programs such as the Mayor’s Neighborhood University, FBI Citizens Academy and others. Giovanny’s passion for Tampa Bay has led to his involvement in both City and County government. He was recently appointed as a Planning Commissioner on the Hillsborough County Planning Commission to represent the City of Tampa.

His real estate expertise is in luxury homes, custom homes, and commercial real estate, his local connections allows Giovanny the ability to find properties on and off market for clients that want to design and build custom homes. As a consultant, he assists clients through the custom home build process as their advocate to make the best decisions from design ideas, to choosing builders, all the way through to a finished product. He employs a good eye securing buildable lots for his clients. In commercial real estate, he leverages his professional and personal real estate investing experience to assist in spotting a potential investment property, weeks or even months before it hits the market. He has extensive understanding of the Tampa Bay area and is skilled at evaluating deals, negotiating, and getting a good bargain.
