I don’t even know where to start, it has been a journey house hunting. Moving from New York to NJ has been a huge change for our family and I don’t think anyone else couldn’t have done better than Giulio. When I tell you believe me this man took his time and showed us over 60 houses, even when I started to give up and he never did. Me and my husband are very picky when it comes to picking a home therefore things took a while for us. We are so honored to working with Giulio, honestly I get so emotional as I’m writing this.you really came through for us. Giulio is a hustler, he is smart, but most importantly he cares. From start to finish buying our dream home, Giulio was lock step with our needs and responsive to our concerns. Giulio has been our saving grace throughout this entire process. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and procedures, and made everything a breeze. He was patient with us as we toured a bunch of houses, and never pressured us to rush into any decisions. He always worked around our work schedules and was available whenever we needed him, even if it meant late night private tours of houses after work. Once we were under contract, the entire process was seemless and a breeze, and everything was successful. We never felt overwhelmed or like we were stuck, everything just moved right along easily.

As someone not from this area originally, I was nervous getting into this process, but Giulio made it incredibly simple. I could not recommend him more strongly, and cannot imagine a better experience! (I have friends that have joked they wish he was licensed in their state, because they are jealous of how wonderful everything went and everything Giulio did for us).

Giulio, is the Realtor that will not stop until you get your house. He unfortunately but fortune was taken on an up and down roller coaster. Not because of him but because we were so undecided on what we wanted. He smiled and continued to go back to the drawing board for us. He stuck it out with a continuous smile on his face and pushed forward to locate our home. He really puts in the work to please and make his clients happy and does not sugar coat his opinions.
