Zerillo Realty is the best of the best! We used them first with selling a home in which they guided us to get top dollar for it and it sold quickly. Secondly, we used them for buying a home. As first time homebuyers with a widespread search area, they were very knowledge about every town we were interested in. Great realty company! Louis Orlando was my agent, he went above and beyond to make sure the sale of my home went smoothly. We can not thank Zerillo Realty ENOUGH!!! We have used them 4 times and each time they did not disappoint! Giuseppe especially, he is prompt and always up for my last minute out of the blue ideas! The second after I call he is making appointments for showings. Not to mention all our real estate is an hour away opposite of where he is located. Super helpful and honest! Location is not an issue for this group, they will travel during evening hours and weekends. If you are looking for an investment or a home to live in forever, call Zerillo! If you are looking to sell, he will also give you honest opinions and will fight for your contract to be perfect! After knowing this group for over 10 years we can call them a close friend or even family member! Relationship matters!
