Gladys was a pleasure to work with and very professional. Our family was considering an out of state move to FL and we contacted Gladys to represent us in our search. Due to family reasons we didn't end up making the move to FL, but Gladys was consistently checking in with us and truly dug deep in trying to get to know us better.
