We met John in an open house, when we were first looking for our first home. He is full knowledge and patience. We were able to find our home in less than three months! When my partner and I were not able to show for open houses, he accommodated according to our schedule. In one instance, we went to see a home at 7pm in a dark and cold December. We acquired the property approximately 2 years ago, and it sat near 50% vacancy for over a year in the hands of two other agents until Glen and his team came along. He provides full service. All we had to was let him get to work. He published our units on all the relevant sites which got the attention of only serious prospects. He provided regular updates, realistic comps, accurate estimates about by when he felt our units would be rented. He is resourceful with trades and knows his way around town hall to ensure that all the proper certifications were obtained. My experience working with Glen has been excellent. He really understands the needs of real estate investors, unlike the majority of agents who cater to buyers of primary residences. He is knowledgeable of both commercial and residential rentals, while most agents tend to know one or the other. Some of the commercial units he rented for me were first with other agents who couldn’t find a renter, but Glen did it! Communication has been great and superior to that I have experienced with others. For all these reasons I plan to continue working with him and I strongly recommend him.

I am an out of town seller, 3 hours away, and he took care of things at the house so that I wouldn't have to travel 3 hours to take care of them.
