Full Disclosure: Glen and I were already best friends before he was my realtor. Take what I say with a grain of salt if you must... but know that I'm very cautious about mixing business with friendships. It can be risky and I place high standards on the way people operate. However, Glen's built different, so I knew I could take the risk. Glen knows I'm not afraid to tell him where he can improve, but I honestly can't think of any obvious gaps in his service to us as his client. I'm typically not a "5 star guy" but I don't know how I can't give Glen 5 stars across the board. He's earned it.

One of the keys to his success is his intentionality (setting clear expectations about the process and our relationship up front) and clear communication skills throughout the process. He does this well in his personal relationships and it bleeds over into his professionalism as a realtor.

As for the home buying and selling process... quite frankly, Glen blew me away. He was patient and calculated (our engagement was 6+ months and we lost multiple deals before we finally won), smart (he brought multiple strategies to the table I hadn't considered), and incredibly responsive (quickly organized to put us in the best position to win in a competitive market then stayed that way throughout closing). He was even able to negotiate a seller credit to us in what was essentially a 100% seller market during the height of COVID. I feel that Glen not only minimized our expense on the new home purchase, but helped us sell our old home for top dollar. Both transactions were smooth as butter.

Glen found his niche in real estate. Maniacal focus on his client, confident, competent and all-around fun to work with.

If you're looking for the best realtor in the Triangle, you've found him! We cannot recommend Glen enough. Buying a home for the first time seems terrifying. Glen makes it easy! We were so impressed after sitting down with Glen via Facetime to go over the home buying process, what to expect and what qualities we were looking for in a home or neighborhood. We felt heard with any concerns we had as well as prepared for the process. The market in the Triangle in the winter of 2020-2021 is... less than stellar for buyers. Glen still managed to find some truly beautiful homes for us to check out, making sure to give us a variety to really understand what we wanted in a home. Once we found "the one," Glen was incredible throughout the rather frustrating process we faced at times. His negotiation skills are really what sealed the deal in us going through with the purchase and we feel so lucky to have had someone who was so well prepared for this particular experience. If you are looking for a realtor who listens to your concerns, provides incredibly valuable guidance and is truly honest throughout the entire process, Glen is your man! We cannot imagine working with anyone else during this huge life event! Thank you, Glen!!

Working with Glen was a complete game changer for us, as we were selling our home from out of state! If you’re looking for the best realtor in the area, look no further. Glen is the best of the best. He is professional, responsible, and really cares for your best interests.

When my wife and I first started our first home-buying experience, Glen even hosted a seminar (and provided free Chick-Fil-A!!) to make sure we were completely educated and knew what to expect from this life-changing process.

Glen attended multiple house showings with us and was always available at short notice (I’m talking 10-15 minute notice, it was incredible). At every showing, Glen knew exactly what items warranted attention—he would climb rickety ladders to make sure there were no attic issues and wriggle under houses to check crawlspaces (regardless of if he was in his best khakis and loafers).

Glen worked with us for over 5 months to make sure we got our dream house. He intimately knows the market and how to approach the negotiation process. Once he successfully secured our dream home for us, he even offered to help us with the moving process. We’ve now lived in our new home for around 6 months and to this day, Glen still makes himself available to answer any questions we may have or provide helpful recommendations.

Glen helped my fiancee and me purchase our first home. Glen was fantastic from the initial consultation where he walked us through what to expect, to the moment we signed on the dotted line. He has a true passion for helping people find and purchase their dream home. He is a skilled and patient teacher, a prompt and diligent worker, and an advocate and fighter.

I found his initial consultation super helpful in understanding how the buying process works. He also asked us the right questions to help him get a clear picture of our preferences in a home. He set up tours of homes and got the ball rolling quickly!

Our process was unique in that we put an offer on the very first home we toured in a very competitive neighborhood. We were all on the same page and knew that we needed to move rapidly. So when we told Glen we wanted to put an in an offer, he was off to the races! He helped us put together a compelling and responsible offer within just a couple of hours.

When the sellers eventually chose us, he helped us through everything from setting up inspections to negotiating with the seller. I found the process to be incredibly smooth and easy with him being our advocate. He checked in frequently and responded to questions promptly. He was really on top of things and did everything he needed to make sure that we closed in just a little over 3 weeks.

He genuinely shared in our excitement to get our first home. He celebrated with us when we went under contract and cheered us on when we got the keys. That in itself made us so pleased to work with Glen. I have no doubts that you will be as happy working with Glen as we were.

Glen was an incredible asset in our house purchasing experience. Glen was extremely responsive, getting back to our questions within the same day every single time. He also has a really great understanding for the housing market and was able to point out things that were really good about a house as well as those that may be cause for concern. At one point Glen was crawling under our house in khaki pants to check something at our first viewing of the home. He is completely dedicated to working to get what is best for you. Where do my husband and I begin?

Glen has become more than our realtor, he has become a dear friend to us. From day one he has been available and helpful to all our needs and questions as first-time homebuyers. He made this hectic time for us run so smoothly, we honestly can not imagine having gone through this process with another person. His knowledge of the market and negotiation skills are on point! He was able to reduce asking price by 15k and was also able to negotiate other things, such as repairs and home warranty on the seller's behalf. While looking at houses for about 2 months, he would point out the good and the bad in the house, which let us know that he truly did/does care for his clients and is not just in it for the paycheck. We were grateful that he would see things that were completely out of our sight, which we needed as people that truly are new at what to look for and what to consider. He checked in on us even after closing, his heart for serving is so big and we are thankful for him. Needless to say, Glen is your guy, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
