I chose Glen as a realtor because he is very honest. He is also involved in the community and every time that I have a question he most of the time has a answer or he starts a search in order to find a accurate response. My expectations were totally meet, I was expecting availability, flexibility and quality. He offered me different options and all of them fit my needs, he was always available and he opens his scheduled in order to satisfy our needs. The most impressive characteristics of Glen was his knowledge about the market, his kindness and patience, he was able to predict the market price of our house, the time of the transaction and the options that we have according to our financial situation, and he always did it with patient and kindness. I have referred Glen to my friends and I will keep doing it because he is the best realtor that I know, you can trust on his knowledge, values and ethics standards.

Glen is very dedicated to his clients. He listed my home and continued all possible efforts until it sold. He was diligent and did not just wait for it to sell. When my home was being shown, Glen was at the showing whenever possible. I was away on long trips at times, and Glen went to my home to make sure it was showplace ready, even if it meant doing a little cleanup, as in swishing out the ring from the toilet! He was a wonderful realtor and if I were still in the area and buying or selling, Glen would most definitely be my agent.
