Highly likely to recommend 10/15/2015 - zuser20140607121101968 Bought a Condo home in 2014 in Punta Gorda, FL. I first met Glenda at an Open House in July, 2014. I was immediately impressed by her friendly, confident nature and her knowledge of the property and surrounding area she was representing. Although the house didn't fit my specific needs, I immediately knew that I had found the competent, but easy going agent I wanted to work with. After first assessing my needs and likes/dislikes she was constantly in contact with me providing me with information on appropriate properties. As I worked with her in viewing the properties I was even more impressed with her knowledge of the whole buying/selling process. When I found my new home we both immediately knew it was a perfect fit. She was able to effortlessly and competently guide me through the rest of the process, offering her expertise and make the whole closing process run smoothly

Highly likely to recommend 03/06/2017 - tlsnike88 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 for approximately $175K in Port Charlotte, FL. I had a plan to purchase a home in Florida and Glenda helped the plan come to fruition. Shopping from Michigan had its challenges, but Glenda was confident and flexible from the moment she was referred to me. Having a couple previous bad experiences, I was a little hesitant, but Glenda got the job done!!!!! Buying from out of state was not an easy thing to do, but Glenda made it easy by doing ANYTHING that needed too be done throughout the home buying process. She even provided some valuable input into selling my home back in Michigan! She covered all the little details! I would highly recommend Glenda for anyones home buying needs!
