My real estate knowledge spans over a period of 20 years involving both personal and professional expertise. I am an active member of the Greater Tampa Board of Realtors and stay on top of all real estate rules and regulations. I focus primarily on the fast-growing Pasco and Hillsborough Counties but not limited to these areas. I have lived in these areas most of my life which has enabled me to represent the communities and serve my clients more effectively. I specialize in residential sales, new home construction, short sales, foreclosures, and partner with a "Lease To Own" and "Down Payment Assistance Program". I work with a team of inspectors, surveyors, appraisers and financial advisors that work with FHA, VA, USDA, Bank Owned or Conventional loans (or anyone of your choice) while guiding my clients through the best opportunities.
