We could not have gotten through the buying and selling process without Glenn! He was our saving grace. Always prepared and willing to go the extra mile. Since we can't do anything easy! Glenn Bill is the consummate professional, who truly cares about his clients. He has been our family realtor for years, and has become a very close friend in the process. Glenn was the first and only person I reached out to after the death of my Dad, knowing he would take my Mom through a very difficult time with great care and empathy. He did just that! He priced her home of 45 years fairly and literally held her hand across her kitchen table when he came to meet her. He took care of every detail, so she wouldn’t have added stress. It was flawlessly handled with compassion and finesse. He also found me an absolutely perfect bungalow when I downsized, just a couple of blocks from the home I’d lived in 25 years right here in Broad Ripple. He helped me every step of the way with answers to questions I had not even thought to ask. Glenn came over once I had moved in to see how I was doing in my new digs. He also helped my sister and her family relocate after a devastating health situation. He came running as soon as I called with much needed help and advice. My son called him for for input when he needed it regarding the sale of his neighborhood, even though this wasn’t a transaction Glenn was not handling. I've worked with Glenn Bill and his excellent team on several transactions. In two of the transactions, I set a goal for Glenn to sell them in under 30 days (Geist/Broad Ripple) and he achieved that. Glenn negotiated a substantial reduction in price on a purchase (Northern Hills) and also connected me to resources to turn a property and do a renovation. Any time I've had a question, Glenn has been there to help.
