About Glenn

Glenn Encababian has found a way to make transacting real estate a fun and pleasant experience for both buyers and sellers. He does this by taking a business transaction and transforming it into a personal connection. Glenn understands both sides of the deal, as he draws on his own experience of selling a co-op and buying a house to empower others.

The process begins with your first meeting and continues with him guiding you step by step throughout your journey. Glenn listens to your hopes, dreams, questions, and concerns and will address each one with you until you feel comfortable. He has been helping people in Riverdale, Westchester, and the Upper West Side since 2004 when he started in real estate brokerage.

Born and raised in Washington Heights, NY, Glenn has lived in Riverdale for decades. He loves this city and is focused on making your real estate experience enjoyable and rewarding. His dedication, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail make him so much more than a salesperson; but rather, a friend and advocate.

Glenn attended the City College of New York and Manhattan College, and has a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from CCNY. He is also nearing completion of two master’s degrees, in Mechanical Engineering and Math Education. Glenn previously worked in the nuclear power field and construction industry for many years, and as a middle and high school teacher.

Besides helping people make their dreams come true through real estate, he is an avid sports enthusiast who regularly plays racquetball, handball and tennis, and roots for all the local teams. Glenn is additionally involved in his community. He is a former member of the PS 81 and MS/HS 141 Parents Associations, 50th Precinct Community Council, and Community Board 8 Public Safety Committee and Education Committee and was nominated for Community Board 8 Citizen of the Year.
