Glenn Gates

Glenn grew up in the Buffalo area. He always had a connection to Rochester with family in Webster he spent his summers on Canandaigua Lake. After graduating from SUNY Oswego with a Broadcasting and Communications degree he decided to make Rochester his permanent residence.

Since then he has lived everywhere from the Park Ave area, to Brighton, Irondequoit, and Pittsford. Having spent time in each of those communities gives him unique insight into all things Rochester. This also makes him a reliable resource when working with out-of-town home buyers. Having moved several times gives him a “client’s perspective” to the process and he works hard at giving them exceptional service.

Glenn now lives in Walworth with his wife and dog, Koda, where they have been renovating a mid-century modern home for the past several years. When not doing home renovations they enjoy many outdoor activities and traveling.

Glenn is also actively involved in the continued growth of the “Villas of Canandaigua”. The Villas are a premier townhome community located in Canandaigua, built by Wegman Companies, Inc.
