I cannot recommend Glenn Mendell and team more. We were able to receive multiple offers above asking price before even officially listing our townhome in Walnut Creek, CA. After just a few days posted as "Coming Soon," Glenn tapped his large network of brokers and landed us 3 home tours, 2 of which resulted in very competitive offers. The Mendell team helped make our starter home into a very successful investment.

Glenn also worked with us in 2015 when we bought the property. If you recall, 2015 was a highly competitive market. Despite coming in with an offer on a first-time home owner loan competing against all-cash offers, ours was accepted.

The Mendells cross every "t" and dot every "i," which is vitally important when making the largest investment of your life! They also have such a rich history of helping clients buy and sell homes in the Bay, and thus, are able to help provide wonderful guidance such as how to price your home, how to come in with a competitive offer when purchasing a home, the best locations for your lifestyle, etc.

Glenn helped us purchase our home and we're so grateful for how he handled the entire process. His expertise, patience, and thoughtful guidance helped us make a purchasing decision that was right for us. He is not pushy, he provides real guidance; things we didn't consider until Glenn pointed them out; traffic patterns of a neighborhood, neighboring property condition, and historical data of a neighborhood, to name a few. You may think this is par for the course with agents/brokers, but from our experience, it is not. Glenn was always available when we needed him and provided recommendations of several vendors to choose from when we wanted to have work done after our purchase. He's checked in with us months after our purchase just to see how we're doing and how we like the home. Clearly, he is dedicated to his profession and to his clients. Cannot recommend Glenn enough. Glenn helped my brother buy a house a few years back. He had a wonderful experience. So when it was time for my wife and I to finally jump into the Bay Area housing market, we called Glenn. From the moment we contacted him, to the day we closed, the timely communication, attention to detail, and level of caring was shown everywhere.
