I was very pleased we used Glenn Silvenis to sell our house. For years I saw his signs listing peoples houses for sale. Now I know why, he is truly dedicated to getting the house sold. We interviewed a few realtors and picked Glenn. His commitment was when you pick him you get him not someone else from the office. I used Glenn Silvenis to sell my parent's house in Belleville. Very thorough in looking over house initially, wrote a good listing and took extra photos, publicized listing widely, great job of everything. After one single long weekend on the market, we had 9 competing offers, and closed a deal less than a month after house went on the market. Glenn made the whole process very easy. I would recommend using him as a seller's agent to anyone in the area.
