About Glenn

Licensed since 1999 Glenn Yoder has extensive experience in Listing and Selling homes as well as Property Management. In 2002 Glenn earned his Brokers license after taking over 300 additional hours of classes and passing the state test.

In addition, he has earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Active in the Lancaster County Association of Realtors, Glenn served eight years on the Board of Directors and was the 2011 President. In 2010 he was awarded the Realtor of the Year for Lancaster County.

Glenn is married to Anita who in addition to being an Interior Designer is also a Realtor with Coldwell Banker and works as Glenn's assistant. Glenn & Anita are the parents of two children Jason, who is serving in the PA Air National Guard while he attends Messiah College and Lauren a high school senior. Glenn is active in the community as a member of the New Holland Kiwanis club, Christian Fellowship Church and is currently serving as President of the Eastern Lancaster County School Board.
