Glenworth (Glen) St. Vall was referred to me by another realtor, as I was looking to sell my condo in Sterling, Virginia (Loudoun County). Glen made what would have been a very stressful and difficult process, seem less than what I had perceived, since I never sold a home before. My condo was listed this Summer, and we were in a contract in 6 days.

It was sold for the asking price, for which I was pleased. He was also able to negotiate a “Post-Settlement Contract” with the buyer, for me to stay in the home beyond the closing date, to attend some medical appointments before transitioning to my new residence out of the area.

Glen is an exemplary professional, who is well versed in his field, and it was wonderful working with him. He walked me through the entire selling process and maintained consistent communication with me throughout. He listens and care passionately about his job and his clients; and his calming manner worked wonders, especially during those stressful times.

His care was demonstrated in the fact that he ensured that all perspective buyers and their realtors, entering the home for the showing, were provided with all PPEs as we were in the COVID-19 pandemic, and were advised of my compromised medical condition, since I was still living in the home. I will always be grateful for his concerns regarding my health and well-being.

March 6th, 2021 marks the 1st year anniversary of the purchase of my first home. Glen was amazing! He was patient with me and my selections. He seemed like he genuinely cared about my opinions and my desire to find the perfect house! As a single mother with single income, I had many concerns and many questions. He answered every single one of them and never made me feel as if I was difficult or indecisive, which I appreciated. He was transparent and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had an awesome opportunity to work with this very attentive real-estate Professional. I know I was no easy client. However, Mr. St Vall was patient and addressed my many questions in a straightforward, honest and direct manner. We viewed many homes and was able to find my forever home, once I started to listen to him and I stopped playing Junior Realtor. He worked to get me GREAT deal and in to closing without surprises. When selling my home, I got multiple offers and closed on the deal that I was very happy with. Glenworth is most definitely a top tier agent, he is very honest, knowledgeable, professional and full of resources. He is as an honest hardworking realtor who is more into seeing his clients happy and less into fattening his pockets and disappearing. I'm sharing this information for anyone looking to buy a house. Glenworth St. Vall helped me and my family last year to find our new home as the COVID pandemic was ramping up. He is a very knowledgeable and patient realtor who has his clients' interests at heart. We trusted him immediately upon meeting him and relied heavily on him during the scary house-buying process. He took us to every house we wanted to see, even before he knew whether or not we could afford one. He was super knowledgeable about the housing market and its trends and was able to save us from making a couple of bad decisions. With every viewing, he reviewed the pros and cons with us. Glen explained everything, step by step and helped us to understand and make the best decision for our needs. He attended all our appointments up until the day we signed the contract at the title company and picked up the keys to our new home. With Glen's capable guidance and his many contacts in the financial (mortgage) world, we were able to close on our house within about a month. I hope this review is helpful to someone who was as nervous and unsure as we were when we started the process of buying a house.

Glen was extremely professional and thorough from the day my husband and I met him. He made sure that we were able to define wants and needs prior to visiting homes and did not disappoint once we were on site. We fell in love with the first home we toured and secured it after being on the market for just 4 days with multiple offers. I’ve already recommended Glen to 3 friends in the DMV area who’ve also found success in finding homes with him. Will continue to sing praises! 100% would recommend.
