I remember waking up the morning of 11/21/2016 thinking to myself this is it!. I had just decided to move from LA to Texas. I wanted to get the ball rolling so I called several agents and was met with voicemails and one disconnected phone number.... Determined not to be deterred from my goal, I went onto Zillow.com and decided I was going to find a house. I came across this beautiful home and decided this was the one. I didn't have an agent, so I looked at the listing and saw Gloria's beautiful endearing smile. Something inside just trusted her and so I emailed for more information. The inquiry was followed up by an email and then a call shortly after. This instant contact is what got me motivated to keep with the process. Gloria and Han made the experience so much easier and doable. Gloria mentored and guided me every step of the way. This was my first home, I had no idea what I was doing! I found that having the Lender (NRL Mortgage) and Gloria in the same office made the process so much faster. After a couple trips back and forth I found my first home and closed on March 10th. I had such a great experience, I couldn't imagine anyone making this process much easier, but i'm so grateful I trusted my gut feeling and the rest is history. If your thinking about purchasing a home don't think too long, at least try and get pre-approved and go from there. With the help of Gloria, Han and NRL Mortgage you'll be in good hands!

Gloria and Larry Buck have been a dream to work with. With their knowledge of the Houston area and listening to my wants and needs they were able to help me find the perfect home on the second day. Once the offer was accepted they went to bat for me with the seller multiple times and saved me thousands of dollars in needed repairs and the final cost of the house.
