Gloria believes her strength in commercial real estate stems from the fact that she was born into an entrepreneurial family. Motels, restaurants, apartment houses, and home restorations have been a part of her life since the time she could help her father 'hold the ladder'. The experience she absorbed throughout the years gave Gloria the ability to own a coffeehouse, a retail clothing shop and even an 1866 church. Commercial courses are important, but real experience is invaluable.
