We got so incredibly lucky that we got to work with Gloria when searching for our first home. She is an incredible listener and after a few property showings she had a better idea of what we wanted/needed than even we did. She was able to narrow our search down for us quickly and efficiently. Gloria has a way of putting your mind at ease during what can be a stressful time. There were times we felt maybe we didn't have a sufficient budget and were doubting our ability to find the right home but Gloria assured us that we had nothing to be concerned/embarassed/worried about and that she had worked with budgets well below ours and told us some stories of her previous clients' experiences and how things worked out for them and it really made us more confident and stay the course and we are soooooooo glad we did. We love our home and basically walked into it on day 1 already having equity since we were able to close below market. Since then the values in this area have gone up again giving us about 30k of built-in equity and we are only in year 2 of being here. I cannot say enough good things about Gloria and the service and experience we've had with her. She came over just shy of our first year and visited us to see how we were doing and how we furnished the house and to check in. That's the kind of personal touch you can expect when you work with her. When we are ready to sell and upgrade from this house we will 100% be giving Gloria a call to start this whole process all over again. :)

Glory was the second real estate agent we worked with, and by far the best! We were a very picky couple during a Sellers Market, and it took us months for find out perfect house. However, Glory had an ocean of patience with us, working tirelessly to find new homes to fit our difficult tastes, in areas that we preferred.
