As first time buyers my partner and I had no idea what to expect. Poor Gloria found out soon enough, however, that didn't scare her off. I mean, being new to this all the last thing we wanted was to be taken for a ride by a greedy real estate agent. Mrs. Gloria Ortiz was everything BUT that. She quickly showed us that her honest, dependable, and strong work ethic was something we were lucky to have come across. The peace of mind that came over us when we realized she was not the average go for the closing, drive in a fancy car, nose in the air kind of agent.
