I must say shopping for a home during a pandemic was such a headache before we met Gloria. She called us an I told her my concerns she said I will work for you. She did just that. she was very understanding very helpful she listened an knew what we wanted. She gave much needed advice an made sure we got the most for our money. She is always available. She will not steer you wrong. She explains each an every document before you sign. After we had picked a home I found myself missing her conversations an morning text we have become Closer in this process an more like family. I wouldn’t have chosen any other person to help us find our dream home. I truly appreciate her an thank her from the bottom of my hurt she definitely will get Christmas cards. Gloria is extremely knowledgeable an patient. In conclusion she is one of the best in the business

I was a first time home buyer who knew nothing about buying homes or the processes involved. Gloria kept this in mind, educated me and stuck with me through every step. Sent me homes to look at, informed me about property taxes, crime records, sales histories, market trends, etc. Things I honestly didn't think about.

When I finally started to bid on homes, she actually advocated for me directly with the seller. She was very vocal about things they had to repair, things that weren't normal and how some things they "offered" were standard/not special.

It was funny because she was the one who kept reminding me that she was there to help me, and a year and a half later I have zero regrets.

Gloria is a fabulous realtor, you tell her how much you have, what you want and she finds a place you can afford. Gloria is very knowledgable of the area and she will be honest with what your decision will do for you. Gloria knows where your dollars will go the furthest and the best areas for you. She will ask questions and she listens. she helped us buy our current home, she will help us when the time is right to sell it and Gloria will be there to help us find our next home. Gloria is the greatest bar none.
