Gloria Scalise

Brevard county Florida has been home to Gloria Scalise since the tender age of 5. She briefly left to pursue her undergraduate and master's degrees at Liberty university in Virginia. Here she discovered her love for investing as she put herself through college by flipping homes and building a real estate rental portfolio.

Once licensed, Gloria quickly Rose to the top 10 in her region during her first years of being an agent. She spent the decade building a Team and selling residential real estate. Gloria met and married her beloved husband and they soon decided to make Melbourne their “home sweet home” upon starting their own family.

Since then, Gloria has been focusing her energies on commercial real estate, finding her niche in land acquisitions, when she is not working, Gloria homeschools her three Precious children and loves good coffee and conversation at Panera with family or friends.
