About Gloria

Gloria has called Remsenburg and the Hamptons home since childhood, cultivating a deep, lifelong connection to the community she now serves. A graduate of Westhampton Beach High School, Gloria went on to earn her degree from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a specialization in International Business. Fluent in Italian, her first language, her academic foundation reflects both a global perspective and a disciplined approach to leadership.

Following her business education, Gloria made a deliberate decision to pursue another passion: culinary arts. She attended Suffolk County’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality Center, where she gained not only technical mastery of cooking and baking, but a deeper understanding of operational excellence. Working in both local establishments and abroad, including a two-Michelin-star restaurant on the island of Ischia in Italy, Gloria refined a philosophy rooted in precision, preparation, and execution. Her experience also led to multiple appearances on the Food Network’s Guy’s Grocery Games, further sharpening her ability to perform at the highest level under pressure.

Upon returning home to Remsenburg, Gloria merged her business acumen with the relationships she had cultivated both locally and internationally. This transition into real estate was both natural and intentional. With a strong command of marketing, branding, and social media strategy, Gloria recognized an opportunity to reimagine the traditional real estate model.

Alongside her partner, Thomas Stoebe, Gloria co-founded Stoebe & Co. Real Estate in Westhampton Beach with a clear vision: to create a luxury brokerage free from corporate constraint, where every decision is made with purpose. Today, her diverse background in business, hospitality, and brand strategy is embedded in the firm’s DNA—shaping its client experience, innovation, and growth.

Stoebe & Co. is now recognized as the new generation of real estate, a reflection of Gloria’s belief that exceptional results are never accidental, but the product of intention, discipline, and thoughtful execution.
