Working with Gloria Yates was such a pleasure. I realize how very picky I can be, however Ms. Yates kept me on point. Reminding me of the various financial situations I could possibly face purchasing above my means. Her words would resound in my head,. 'you don't want to be house rich and money poor", try to purchase within your means". You would think that the Realtor would be focused only on her commission, but not Ms. Gloria.....she focused on my affordability so that we could sustain our purchase. Always on time, extremely knowledgeable and definitely professional. Thanks Ms. Gloria.

Gloria Yates has been a bright light in helping to navigate the selling process of my home. From performing a market analysis, electronic scheduling of coordinating home showings, to assistance in reviewing offers and ultimately home closing in a matter of a week. We listed the house at the beginning of the month and had 31 contracts with in three days. She was AMAZING!!! Went far and beyond what I expected.
