Gloria Zimmerman has been a resident of Monmouth County since 1986 and a Holmdel resident since 1991. As a full time real estate sales professional for over 15 years, she currently works for Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate in the Holmdel Regional Office.

Gloria’s ability to negotiate transactions began many years prior to working in real estate. After graduating college with a degree in Modern Languages, she began her career as a multilingual recruiter.
“I had to present my job applicants to international corporations and once the applicant was considered as a potential employee, it was my responsibility to negotiate salaries and benefits packages for my clients. I also did career counseling which allowed me to focus on the needs of clients wanting to make a career change. I had to be a great listener while guiding them in a direction which would be a benefit to their corporate moves.”
These are skills that are utilized in the real estate business on a daily basis.
“I still have to listen to the needs of my clients and propose a marketing plan or strategy unique to each client whether buying or selling a home. Of course following through on all the proposed details is a necessity. My clients need to know that they are getting the best possible price for a home or getting a home for the best possible price.”
