It’s safe to say that juggling and problem-solving are two very relevant skills necessary in real estate, and these working mamas have mastered both.

Their journey began in 2018 when Amanda joined a local real estate team that quickly became the highest-producing team south of Atlanta. The other two soon followed—Crystal, newly licensed after leaving Corporate America, and Jessica, returning to real estate after growing her skillset with Chick-fil-A. Each had their fair share of time at the top of the team’s leaderboard, coaching and mentoring other agents along the way.

As with any team, each felt compelled to branch away from the big team business model and into a more personal approach to doing business. And what’s more personal than friends who are more like family, coming together to support, educate, and empower other families?
