I worked with Gopesh for the sale of my home. He was so easy to work with. We were able to sell our house within 2 days of putting it on the market. His guidance was spot on when it came to decisions such as listing price. He was constantly in communication with us during the whole process. He also was able to connect us to a profession maid service (who was also phenomenal!) and a settlement group. The process was so much easier thanks to him. He felt like an "all inclusive" realtor! I would highly recommend him.

My husband and I worked with Gopesh to buy our first home together. He was incredibly helpful, suggesting locations based on our needs, and referred us to a colleague who was tremendously helpful with financing. He was incredibly responsive, typically checking in periodically during the week to ensure we were doing well as we located, put a contract on a home, set up financing and went to settlement. We are so thankful for his assistance!
