My wife and I greatly appreciated how knowledgeable Goran was and how often he made himself available to help us during our house hunt. He was committed to listening to our goals for our home search and at every avenue he not only executed to our goals, but also went above and beyond our needs. For example when we expressed our desire to renovate our new bathroom Goran made several recommendations and even assisted with acquiring quotes and facilitating home walk throughs. Goran was 10/10. My wife and I intend to recommend him to anyone looking for homes in the DMV area.

I have known Goran for a few years as we used to work together. When I was thinking of selling and buying, I went through a list of people I knew in real estate and immediately I thought, yes. Goran. I remembered his hard work and patience. And yes, as a realtor he has the patience of a saint especially with me, as I can be a tough sell. I was super impressed with his marketing of my home and it sold in days! He was also my buying agent and had my back the whole time, even though I changed my mind near daily and called and texted him like a banshee. He was always nice, polite and yes, patient. I highly recommend Goran as your agent. He knows his stuff and works hard to get you what you need!

I was very impressed with Goran Maric. He put together a great promotional package for our house that had potential buyers pouring in. With Goran’s help, we actually sold our house not once but twice (first sale fell thru due to septic issues that were later corrected), and both times for $10,000 over asking. He’s very patient and even-tempered, and put up with our (my and my wife’s) frequent zigzags, questions and demands with a positive attitude and without complaint. When we had an accepted offer on a house and then changed our minds the next day and killed the deal, he quickly and cheerfully wrote another offer for the house we ended up buying. He’s very knowledgeable about the real estate business and a great negotiator, and won us some valuable concessions from the seller. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Goran again.

I was quite pleased with Goran. He was patient with me as a first-time home buyer, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Goran was, and continues to be, the best real estate agent we've ever worked with (of 5, in different parts of the country). Highlights:

-He puts you first, and works on your schedule. Worked with us patiently for over 2 years during our search for a new home and never once was unavailable, even on incredibly short notice. He also ended up having to drive way out of market for us, and did so without hesitation.

-He finds a way for you. When our original lender (who had a great rate) wasn't going to be able to close in time for our purchase, he found us an alternate who got us even better terms, in a few days (kudos to the lender as well).

-He won't let you make dumb bids. Goran tracks the market closely and gives really clear advice on bidding. We actually lost our first 2 bids, on houses that it turns out weren't as good for us as the one we ended up buying. We lost those bids b/c Goran strongly advised us not to "desperation bid". One the one we loved, however, he was all-in on supporting a modest overbid. He would have made a bigger commission on one of the other houses, but he looked out for us and made sure we understood what we really wanted, then found it.

All in all, Goran's got a client for life in us. We look forward to having him over to the pool!

My wife and I first met Goran in late 2019 at an open house back when we first starting browsing the home market. His personality, and calm demeanor was something we as first time home buyers were really attracted to. He assured us that he was someone who can always be contacted, and is a great negotiator, which is important down the line.

A few months after meeting Goran and pinpointing what area we wanted to live, Covid hit, and I lost my job for 7 months. Goran was more than patient and understanding of the situation, and continuously checked in on us asking if there was anything we needed. As soon as I landed back on my feet, we picked up right where we left off, and eventually found a townhouse in Ashburn. There were many late evenings where my wife and I would call or text with questions, as this whole process was new to us, and Goran was always there to answer them. When it came to the process of going under contract for the home, Goran did all of the heavy lifting in terms of negotiating, and getting us a favorable purchase price. He definitely delivered on his promise when we first met him a year ago.

Even after the hard parts were over of the contracting phase, Goran still came with us to our closing day and sat with us for an hour making sure we were still comfortable and if we had any last minute financial questions before we finished signing. I cannot say enough great things about Goran, and how much he helped during the entire home buying process, but I would recommend anybody use him for buying or selling a house. I know he will be our first call if we decide to ever sell our place. For now, we will enjoy living in our dream home!

As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. He went the extra mile by attending all of our meetings in-person and was always a quick phone call or text away to address any concerns we had along the way.

My husband and I met Goran at an open house in 2019 and were quickly impressed by the time he spent asking us questions about our home buying search as well as insights on the local market. After two weeks of trying to decide on a realtor, we circled back with Goran based on our initial interaction with him.

Goran was super attentive to our needs throughout our home search, after viewing several properties, we settled on a new build. He provided guidance on what to expect and what to ask for from the builder. Goran was instrumental in the negotiation process, reviewing our contract at length, explaining terms, requesting an addendum for things that needed to be included, etc.

He even showed up for every in person meeting, inspection and more. We were so happy with the level of customer service he provided us through our home buying process. He knows the DMV market really well, best mortgage lenders, and home inspectors. He is our go-to realtor for all future purchases and home buying advice.

Goran helped me both sell a condo and buy a house to replace it. The sign of a good agent is not how they do when the market is great, but how they handle problems. We met Goran at an open-house he ran, and were impressed with his follow-up in contacting us with interesting listings afterward. Unlike the other realtors we'd encountered, he'd listened carefully to the criteria we had for a property being attractive to us, remembered them, and written a personal follow-up—before we'd even hired him. This professionalism and attention to detail was consistent throughout his work with us.

My tenant decided to move out unexpectedly in the middle of holiday season and we really needed someone to help us look for new tenants asap. my realtor friend from a different state recommended Goran to me and it was a wonderful experience working with him. It was great to work with Goran! I'm a first time home buyer and had lots of questions plus I'll admit I'm picky. Goran was patient, showed me lots of places, answered my questions, and so honest! One place I liked but he said no its not worth the asking price and he would find me something better. And he did! I love my new place. He really went the extra mile to make sure I understood the whole process, always flexible with his time, and called me just to check on my day.
