I cannot imagine working with another agent!! From our first meeting, Grace listened and observed and truly got an understanding for our needs and concerns (and kept them in mind throughout the process). It was ALWAYS understood that Grace represented our best interest. Grace is down-to-earth, straight-forward, and common sense. She considers every detail and looks at every possible outcome before offering her best advice. Amid all of the information, paperwork, and bumps in the road, Grace was a very knowledgeable resource and advisor—she always made herself available when questions or problems arose. And, she always made us feel that we were her only client.

Grace Borell helped me to buy the ideal single family home for myself in Frederick, MD, and then sell my town-home in Laurel, MD. She is a wonderful listener; she and I only went out twice to find the new home I wanted and she knew before I did which one I would pick because it met all my criteria! In both transactions with me she was extraordinarily organized and thorough. She communicated with me frequently and clearly so I always knew just what to expect. She never pushed me in any direction and made sure to consult me on every decision. I recommend her highly--she's the best!

A friend referred Grace to me and I am so glad he did. I had a recent experience with a real estate agent that was not pleasant and working with Grace was 100% better. She is so down to earth and her customer service skills are top of the line. Grace walked me through each step very patiently. She is warm and friendly and really cares about each client and their needs. She goes way above and beyond. I definitely recommend Grace Borrell's services. She was a godsend to me.
