Grace Carter launched her real estate career in 2023, following a nearly 20-year career in the insurance industry. Fourteen of those years, Grace worked with United Healthcare assisting clients on a daily basis. Her dedication earned her the Premier Gold Producer award from the company. In addition to a Georgia Real Estate license, Grace also holds a Life & Health license, and is an alumnus of Georgia Southern University.
In her spare time, Grace enjoys traveling, reading and entertaining. Her patriotic spirit and love for the freedom afforded to us by our country, fuels her desire to stay informed on local, state and national matters. Grace’s friends and colleagues describe her as sincere, ambitious & adventurous. She also prides herself on her organizational skills, and the ability to always follow through with any task at hand, whether it be professional or personal.
Although a native of Georgia, Grace has spent the last 20-years in the St. Augustine /Jacksonville Florida area. Grace is new to the North Georgia, but has fallen in love with its beauty. She spent years visiting family and friends in the area before making the Athens Area her home. She believes it is a great place to put down and spread your roots. Grace believes that a fresh and new start is revitalizing and good for your soul, no matter your age. With this in mind, she aims to always be enthusiastic, professional and honest when assisting her clients in the pursuit of a new beginning through homeownership. Grace works to connect with and listen to her clients when it comes to their needs and desires because overall, bringing people and home together is a special experience.
