Grace Chan

Grace Chan started her real estate business since 2015. She works closely with home sellers, buyers, investors in the residential market. Specialized working with investors and finding investment properties through on market (MLS, for sale by owners) and off market (auction, wholesalers, etc.) channels. Her and her husband own an RE investment company focus on rehabbing distressed and fire-damaged properties for resale. As her husband is a licensed contractor and our experience in flips and buy and hold, they provide their clients one-stop and stress-free service from finding and purchasing the property to rehab to sell. Prior to her RE business, she has over a decade of experience in Hong Kong, in the consulting, sales, marketing and non-profit industry. She was a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and has a corporate consulting career with Dale Carnegie Training and worked with diverse industries from luxury retail to multi-national IT & Engineering companies and individuals from Hong Kong, China, Singapore, India, Japan, US, German, and many more. She has high sensitivity in understanding clients’ needs and be able to find solution that best suit client's situation.
