Grace Chang

Grace Chang is a lifelong resident of the San Gabriel Valley area. Her involvement from a young age in her family’s real estate business has contributed to her strong knowledge of the neighborhoods and intricacies that shape transactions in this area. Involved in over a hundred fifty successful sales, Grace is well equipped to help both Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs.

To her clients and throughout the real estate community, Grace is known for her poise and professionalism in all situations, for her strong communication skills and for her ability to close escrows successfully. Her superior service is a combination of her hard work and attention to detail, which makes the real estate process simplified yet customized for each of her clients. Grace has a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude in Sociology and Business from the University of California, Irvine. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, which has been an asset for many of her real estate transactions.
In her free time, Grace enjoys spending time with her children & family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and working in her community garden plot. Grace's community involvement includes the Pasadena Wiggle Waggle Walk and volunteering at the Huntington Hospital.
