Grace was an amazing agent when we were ready to sell our South Philly home. She gave us excellent advice to prepare the house prior to listing it and was super invested in the process with us. We moved before our home sold and Grace went above amd beyond, forwarding us bills, and other mail, dusting before showings and open houses and just making sure everything was perfect and when the time came she got us a great number for our home. I am honored to tell people Grace was a great agent when we bought our home 15yrs ago, she went above and beyond what i thought was possible during the pandemic to sell our home and will always be a true and trusted friend.

I couldn’t be more pleased with how the sale of my house went. I owned a home that was unique to the neighborhood. Grace listened to my needs and gave me professional insight. She did her homework, going through comparable homes and setting the asking price at just the right point. And she really showed her business savvy at the negotiating table. She didn’t just “make a sale”. She got a price on my home that I was pleased with. Grace took what looked like a complicated sale and made it seem like a walk in the park. I recommend her highly and have a stack of her business cards on my counter at work to prove it.
