Grace Diaz-Herrera has been in the real estate industry for over ten years. Previously immersed in the corporate worlds of finance, investments, law, and insurance, she brings wide-ranging experience and reputable value to her clients and colleagues. Grace has incorporated her past experience of communication, negotiation, preparation, research, and goal fulfillment to comprehensive processes of real estate transactions. Driven by challenge, she has been able to achieve a scope of real estate goals and needs from her first-time buyers to her veteran investors. Grace grew up in the north suburbs of Illinois and has lived in Chicago’s loop and north side. Not only does she have a solid understanding of the ever-changing distinctiveness of city neighborhoods and suburbs, but Grace has a deep appreciation for the diversity, history and culture that Chicago and the surrounding areas have to offer.

Grace received her B.S. in Economics and a minor in Political Science from DePaul University and her MBA in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. She is an avid sports fan, enjoys CrossFit, traveling, and cherishes her time with her husband and three children.
